Athens Regional Park's splashpad is free and open starting May 1, 2024. The Ingleside Pool is another option for cooling down in the summer months.

Trails

The Eureka Trail is a gorgeous tree-canopied 5.6 mile, down and back multi-purpose trail featuring a trailhead in Athens and Englewood. This trail is great for walking, running, biking, and horseback riding. The Athens Trailhead is located at 1400 E. Madison Avenue.
