5 Places to Bring Your Toddler This Fall!

Plan to spend your day at the Mayfield Farm Park. Between the massive bubbles, corn pit, hayride to the pumpkin and flower patch, hillside slides, and tons and tons of activities, the Mayfield Farm Park will keep you busy and have your toddler sleeping before you leave the parking lot! 

Mim's Jungle Gym is Athens newest indoor attraction for kiddos. Mimi's has a ball pit, banana swings, slides, tons of climbing activities, obstacle course, ride on toys, and more. There are foam crawlers too for even the beginning movers!

Fall in Tennessee does not really mean COOL temperatures, so the Athens Regional Park Splashpad is still operating and a great place to cool down and enjoy. Right next to the splashpad are two playgrounds- a toddler and big kid space both with nice rubber surfacing to ease those tiny tumbles. 

The Mayfield Dairy Farm Visitors Center has a tour through the dairy plant. The tour can last about an hour and everyone gets to wear a cool hair net but just in case the tour doesn't sound like a good fit, the Visitors Center has a lot of really neat interactive things to do and has an ice cream parlor to enjoy!

Plan ahead to visit Creature Features and schedule your tour time. Creature Features tour is about 1 hour and 30 minutes which has a petting zoo AND exotic animal encounter! While at the farm, you will see kangaroo, wallaby, porcupine, capybara, tortoise, parrot, and more!
